This presentation explores the importance of forest health treatments and fuels reduction in protecting communities, enhancing ecosystem resilience, and mitigating wildfire risks. We will discuss local challenges such as overstocked forests, climate change, and wildfire threats in the Wildland-Urban Interface. We will also dive into proactive management strategies, real-world scenarios, and actionable steps to contribute to forest health and wildfire preparedness.
