This is the follow-up hike that will illustrate the plants and settings discussed in the "Landscaping with Nature's Beauty" presentation given at the Spokane Valley Library on February 27, 2024. All are welcome whether or not you attended the event.

Kris will share about the native plants in the area.  

This hike will focus on plants that adapt well to residential landscapes and the importance of native plants to native wildlife that improves the overall health of the Spokane area.  Maintenance topics will also be addressed.

Join DHC for this guided hike led by Kris Moberg-Hendron on Tuesday, August 27 starting at 10:00am and ending before 12:00 pm from the Camp Caro Lower Parking Lot. 

This is a 10 person hike and requires registration in advance. Please email Diana Hoppe at events@dishmanhills.org if you are having any difficulties with registration.
