Join us as we welcome Stewardship Wildlife biologist, Ken Bevis who will describe the species that use these habitats and some techniques that we can use to provide wildlife habitat while reducing fire risk and enhancing the overall health of our dry forests.
"What is SLLOPPS?" you ask, come find out how SLLOPPS benefit wildlife and how you can incorporate them on your property to enhance wildlife habitat.
In addition to being an a singer-songwriter, Ken is an accomplished natural history educator and wildlife biologist, providing entertaining programs on topics of environmental conservation. Birds and Pacific Northwest forests are particular passions. He has presented many, many times over the past 30 years to meetings, banquets, classrooms and clubs across the northwest and into Canada.
